Ronald Reagan's farewell address from January, 1989.
I dare you to not feel what this man says - so very timely today.
When one compares Mr. Obama to President Reagan, even though Reagan had clearly declined in the final couple years of his Presidency, Mr. Obama is found measured and wanting. Mr. Obama can never be, and will never be, the man nor leader Reagan was.
Hell, at this point Mr. Obama should be trying to prevent his legacy from leap-frogging that of the "Peanut Farmer" as the worst American President ever.
This will become a semi-permanent fixture on my site in a few days, but please enjoy it now. And pause to reflect at what we lost when Ronnie went home.
