I did not know! True confession. I've never even tasted Irish Whiskey. I've had Scotch and Bourbon and my dysfunctional 'buds can't tell a nickle's worth of difference between them. But that article got me wanting to try some fine Irish Whiskey. Hey, I probably have a genetic attraction to it, being as I am at least 1/4 certified, grade A Irish boy.
Makes me want to rush out to the ABC store and buy some. Too bad it's only 12:10 p.m. here (EST). Well, it's 5:00 somewhere...
